I am always somewhat intimidated anytime I go to a gym or place to work out. Studio Barre is totally different! I feel so welcomed and encouraged, not only by the instructors, but by fellow Studio Barre members! I don't feel like an outsider because I'm overweight and new, I feel like I fit in perfectly! Amazing workout! Amazing barre-istas! Lovely atmosphere where you are greeted with a smile, or a hug if needed! The results are unbelievable! I'm hooked for life!
