Earlier this month while exploring ****** *****, we considered staying at a Motel 6 based on its online reviews and rates. Upon arrival, we discover the displayed rate was different from what was advertised online, which is common for some businesses so it was not a big deal, we decided to ask about the rates for the room anyway. Inside, the attendant stated that there was no availability of Queen bed rooms so she could give us a "discount" for a double Full bed room. Very shady business dealings here. refused to accept Motel 6 corporate emailed me a promotion for 15% off. I booked 1 night at 15% off 2 weeks prior to my arrival. 3 days before my arrival, I called the Motel 6 in Rancho Mirage, CA asking if I could extend my stay by adding 2 nights at the full non-discounted rate since the early bird discount was only in effect for the 1 night. Very shady business dealings here. This Motel 6 in *************, CA refused to accept the corporate discount I was given in spite of the fact that I had stayed at this particular Motel 6 repeatedly for 17 years!!
