the customer service rep at the front desk named Tatiana was very rude! Not inviting at all she chose to refuse me service because of her attitude with my 4 year old daughter waiting in the car at 4 a.m . It all started at 2 am that morning when I forgot my card to pay for the rooms in the event of that I returned with my card at 4 am to make a payment and that's when Tatiana's energy changed she decided to refuse me service once I returned with my 4 year old in the car. I have stayed at motel 6 in Dallas/Plano Texas. The Indians at 20 locations front desk change the rules according to their taste. I have a Registered Service Animal. They wanted pet deposit $40 then another location said $100. The Service animal is 10 lbs. they also wanted to charge a deposit of $100 for a NonSmoking room. !!!!! Be careful when you book a room HERE!!!!! I booked a room 02/14/20 asking for a queen bed, nice space, clean area. Confirmation ************ Because I have been booked for many year at diferent Motel 6 and the situation was not bad at all. But this one was very bad situation. The room was horrible and the atmosphere wasn't much better. I recently stayed here for 6 days while my apartment was undergoing renovations, and I was disappointed. There was animal/human hair everywhere floor sheets towels and the tub. The lampshades we're busted, the heater barley blew any heat and what heat it did blow smelled awful, the roof leaked when it rained, and on top of that I had to ask staff for towels toilet paper and soap. The customer service at this location was horrible and very unhelpful.

I made a reservation for a senior disabled relative for 3 nights. I called Motel 6 and got their reservation call center. The Motel 6 reservations call center made my reservation very quick and easy. No problem with 3rd party, just have relative give authorization code and show ID. I asked several times if I or she needed to do anything else. Nothing else needed. I got an email confirmation, including approval of authorization of 3rd party reservation. All set. She arrived only to be told that 3rd party reservations weren't ... read more

The staff is extremely rude and racist. There's numerous drug addicts wandering the property and numerous overdoses. There's been raids by police and swat. When advices them of my concerns manager said "it's not ur business, if u have a problem then move. Managers nephew works on property also and if he doesn't like u the GM(his uncle) will make up allegations, with no proof and kick u out. Unprofessional and rude. Will never stay at this hotel chain again

You need to check on your chino property at XXXXX ******* ave Chino in california their illegally collecting taxes well beyond the 30 days, they let the people stay over 30 days charge them taxes after a couple of months then they try to kick them out so no one will know sounds like a lawsuit in the near future.

We checked in for Family Weekend and checked out 15min after we arrived. The price was tripled for Family Weekend - to be expected HOWEVER....my card was charged before we even got to the motel. When we talked in it clearly smelled like smoke but was a "non-smoking" room. The comforters on the beds had burn marks and holes as did the box spring; we could not close the bathroom door without lifting the toilet cover; the lights over the beds were broken and falling off the wall, there were exposed wires on the wall, the AC uni... read more

The worse motel experience of my life! It was hell living there for long term. To make a long story short: broken window locks, extremely low water pressure, toilets & bathtub contantly clogging, rude and unprofessional room service/front desk/manager, mold/mildew, and bed bugs. Ended up in ER, referred to health district and inspected, and now they are in serious trouble. My advice: stay away!
