This is regarding the Hillsville, VA location. I am disgusted by this hotel. I wish I could attach pictures. There was poop on the wall, dirty sheets, and a band-aid stuck to the wall. All of this plus rude staff and they refuse to refund my money, saying I didn't bring it to the attention of the hotel. Well the check-in lady wasn't exactly friendly so I was not going to try and argue with her. Then they called me a liar saying I fabricated the photos. This is just ridiculous.

Booked reservation through Hotwire but upon arrival there is no record of my reservation. I was offered a room for my stay at a considerably more expensive rate. Worst experience ever encountered from any business. Owner is a bait and switch con artist.

I stayed about a motel 6 of Atlanta for NEW YEARS. I reached out to motel many times trying to alert them that I believe the room we stayed in was full of bed bugs. the hotel was motel 6 tucker Atlanta location. address of **** ******** ***** ********* ** XXXXX. Still to this day the cooperate office nor the front office of this location has contacted me. I reserved a room here for two night, when called to check my reservations couldn't find it. I tried to reserve another room and they found it. My first night there. Woke up to bed bug bites all over my body i reported it to the manager and she said they will files a report and the only thing they can do is move my room i couldn't get my money back for the second night even if i didn't want to stay there. for the first time in several years I was finally able to take a few days away which I was really looking forward to. I regret making the decision to come here and I will not make the same mistake again. First the walls are so thin you hear all the door slams which can get pretty loud, a lot of talking, and every time the maids go past with their carts the whole room shakes so bad you can't even hear the tv. Never stay at the Motel 6 *************************************. While I was checking in the Front Desk Clerk, unbeknownst to me scanned my drivers license into their system. When I realized what she was doing I told her I did not want my drivers license in their system. She told me that in the morning it could be deleted. (WRONG) In the morning I asked the morning Clerk to delete my information. Se tried to delete the information, but could not. I have never been so disrespected and offended in my life. Was placed on a do-not-rent list in Grand Junction, CO because: 1) oil spot from under my truck. Hubby and I cleaned it up from rags given by an understanding and polite manager. She said it was no big deal because maintenance has somehing to clean it up with. I stayed at Motel 6 Extended Stay in Coral Springs, FL during Hurricane Irma evacuation. The motel itself was more traumatic than the hurricane. Cigarette burns on bedspread, roaches everywhere, urine toilet water leaking on floor, trash in hallways! I called customer relations and they are even worse!! This business should be closed down
