Edit 2: I guess I, the DPS, and the Property Redress Scheme must have all collectively hallucinated when they sided in my favour entirely (Deposit ID 29813932 and PRS complaint reference PRSC113718). StudentDigz (with the z) must have also been in on the delusion, since they ultimately paid the amount owed. If StudentDigz want to persist with the false claim any further that I was "never a tenant with them" then I will just start publishing screenshots. StudentDigz have been caught faking 5* reviews again, so here’s my experience. They’re pathetic, but to give them a chance I’ll start with what they got right. They didn’t screw me over for my deposit back, paid in full. They did provide the accomodation, with no issues on the level of broken windows or ceiling leaks. But that’s it, this is the literal bare minimum of being a student housing provider, I didn’t even get a desk or internet, my upstairs neighbour had no electricity for over two weeks the breaker kept tripping, ... read more

These guys thought it was acceptable to let us move in with broken glass on the floor and cigarette ends stuffed down the back of the sofa (amongst numerous other issues); they didn't send maintenance for over a month when we had water leaking onto live power sockets; and they tried to pressure me into leaving them a good review by insinuating I wouldn't get my deposit back otherwise, then accessed my file/phone number a year after I'd moved out to call me names over the phone because I left them a bad review.
