I would strongly advise against using Student Places. Their lack of response and communication has been extremely frustrating, and when they do respond, the way they speak to students is dismissive and rude. Caroline and Kelly in particular was the people that dealt with us and honestly most disrespectful and horrible people to work with. Student Places has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a housing company. The service was absolutely appalling — rude, unhelpful, and dismissive from start to finish. Caroline and Kelly in particular were a complete disappointment in how they handled issues, showing no professionalism or basic respect towards students. This company is useless, and the way they treated us was unacceptable. Honestly, Student Places should be shut down for how badly they deal with tenants.
I have enjoyed living under student places as it has been affordable for me and my housemates and we were given the option to stay in a nice house
Really enjoyed renting from Student places! After hearing all the horror stories of student accomodation, student places was a major relief as all maintenance was always fixed speedily and without issue. Our landlords, Penny and John, were nothing short of amazing and made us feel so looked after in our home!
