Things have really gone down hill recently at Stubley. They denied regular health affirming medicine with a text message signposting to a standardised "look in out website for our generic message" and gatekeep access to medics something chronic. They even mentioned to my daughter in writing that they were refusing medicine prescribed by a specialist as they had "limited expertise regarding this particular medication". Such a shame. They did great holding things together during covid but things have really slipped recently.

Fantastic service. The doctors get back to you very quickly and always try to sort out your medical problems.

I have been going to Stubley since 2020. Although doctors have come and gone the practise continues to strive to provide excellent patient care. From the incredibly empathetic and professional front desk team to the clinicians. I watched the surgery during COVID, very proactive and incredibly innovative in trialing new ways to ensure they are the best providing the best service at all times.
