I had a sports massage with Shannon the day after running my first half marathon and she was fantastic. Really helped ease the tightness I was feeling and has helped my recovery no end. She took the time to explain the treatment, gave suggestions to ease some tightness in future and was friendly throughout - will absolutely be back and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

After researching SCENAR therapy, I decided to try a session with Lesley, who was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the treatment clearly. I received treatment using a newer device designed to address muscles, fascia, and nerves. I have been dealing with a chronic issue for several months and noticed a clear improvement in my symptoms following the session, along with some unexpected positive effects. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend exploring SCENAR therapy as a complementary approach.
