Had a deep tissue massage with Lesley this week. Her skill, experience and professional was second to none! Very knowledgeable and explained the big muscles and why they were tight and how to prevent them from tightening in the future with simple exercises. Fantastic and will be returning for another to get massage in a few weeks :)
