My mum has a kidney infection that isn't getting better and the receptionist said she can be seen of speak to a doctor. Absolutely disgusting so glad I moved they are the worst doctors surgery ever.
Disgusting. Good luck getting an appointment. Good luck getting anyone to talk to you like a human. The indifference and blatant lack of care is shocking.
