I have an STS door which was fitted in May 2023. In September 2024 the electrical and manual systems failed, resulting the door being stuck in the down position and inoperable. This happened midway through essential driveway work that needed to be cancelled. When I got in touch with STS and explained that the door needed to be fixed urgently, they immediately took a 125 pound call out fee. From obtaining a quotation ordering and installation has been an efficient and simple process. Both the sales and installation team are great. Our new split garage door replaced an up an over door( nearly 40+ years old). It looks smart and well made. The guys who installed were clean and tidy and completed the task efficiently. STS were competitive and gave a great lead time. Definitely recommend.
