SERVICE WAS POOR, TABLES WERE DIRTY, ONE BATHROOM OUT OF ORDER AND FOOD WAS COLD WHEN IT CAME FROM THE KITCHEN AND THE WEST WINGS HAD NO SEASONING ON THEM

The quality of the food and milkshakes were HORRIBLE, and no better than the food was the prices were OUTRAGEOUS! Everything took forever, and the fried pickles were so burnt you couldn't even taste the pickle! Needless to say I will not ever WASTE my money there again !
I would like to Thank Struts, and especially Maggie for her honesty and good heart for keeping my 6 year olds Ipad he left there. It's not very common anymore for truly good, honest people. Thanks and take care of Maggie when you eat here.
Sorry service today...seemed to be a burden to the waitress. She didn't check on us even 1 time....should've been a free meal. Probly won't go back---sad
Be careful when you go in. Make sure you don't sit by anyone. Your crappy waitress will assume that you are in a large party and charge you the 18% gratuity for a party of 8 or more. After taking 30 minutes to get your order of cold wings and fries. Thank you.
Great wings
Consistent, quality, delicious food in a fun, relaxed, family atmosphere. Service is spotty depending on the waitress but the ladies work hard to make it right. The Manager really cares about customer service.
