Horrible customer service! We waited for 10 mins to even be acknowledged. Two parties came in after us and were waited on immediately. Before today, I would highly recommend this restaurant, but after today they don’t deserve your money.
Service is the worst service I have ever had anywhere.
Had a pick up order and was waiting at the bar for someone to wait on me. A girl that knew the manager evidently knew walked up behind me. He spoke to her and went behind the bar to see if her order was ready while I was totally ignored. He called out the names on the orders to her to see if any were hers. One order was mine. I waved my hand since he evidently didn't see me. He never stopped talking to her while ringing up my order and gave my receipt and check card to her while still ignoring me. The food was terrible. Order was messed up. Bathrooms you could not use so nasty and restaurant had food and stuff on floor. So been coming here awhile but want be back.
We had my sons 7th birthday dinner here and let me tell u our story. At the beginning of the week we had contacted logans because that's where he wanted to go. I told them we had 30-32 guest and asked them if they could accommodate us. They told us absolutely just call an hour and half before and we'll start making room. Well I call when I'm suppose to and a different manager at Logan's tell me I'm sorry absolutely not. We cannot sit yall together not sure when we can sit yall.
