Dear Struts, there is no reason why my mashed potatoes in my to-go order should have been stone cold when I live less than 10 minutes away. It was like they were stored in the fridge. Been a loyal customer for years but this visit was disappointing, especially when I placed my to-go order in the restaurant and waited. :/
First time at struts... in 8 years... took awhile to get service.... but waitress Ashley made up for the wait. Professional attitude and met all our needs. Did not leave us dry when beers were close to being empty. 👍🏽
I found out today we are losing our favorite server, Andrea Thomas! We come in at least once a week and she is the main reason we come. She treats us like family and we always enjoy coming in to see her. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are okay and have what we need. Our families will not be back knowing she will not be working here anymore!
