We have a group of 7-8 people that eat at Struts of Oxford once or twice a week and have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. However, today we received news that our favorite server Andrea Thomas is being transferred to the Jacksonville restaurant. We are so disappointed!!!! The food is ok I'll rather drive to Jacksonville at least I no my good will be hot and freshly cook, then on top of that it's a waiter there with a sorry ass attitude problem. The witch got mad cause I ask her bewitch nose ass to clean off a table. Then was rude to me & my son I want be back
I will say the food here is good BUT SERIOUSLY if there are more than 5 tables taken up you may as well just walk back out and go somewhere else. This place cannot handle a crowd! That's just the bottom line. Ridiculous we waited an hour and still didn't have our food. Needless to say we left! Get someone you knows how to run a kitchen and restrauant.
Food is always great; serving time is a little slow, but everything is cooked fresh to order so well worth it. Love the honey bbq and teriyaki boneless wings!
I will never eat here again... they called the cops on us for paying less than the gratuity they had on our receipt. We didnt feel they deserved that tip cause the service sucked!! Never again!!!
