Wish I could leave zero stars to let people know how shitty this place has gotten. Ditsy fuckin' bimbo waitresses flirting for tips instead of helping other customers when needed. Shitty unsafe to serve uncooked hamburgers, and a ditsy dumb shit rude fuckin' manager with an attitude. I'm pretty sure i was doing the same job they're doing when they we're all shitting diapers. Its kinda hard to fuck up this bad. By the way. If you don't want my opinion, don't give people the option.
Just don't understand when you sit around for 15 minutes with no service then to seek out a server and hear " we aren't serving anymore food tonight ". New Year's Eve at 745!
Monday, Dec. 8th, was the worst night. Mitch, the GM, was very ugly to me and my family. Plus he had the gall to tell me if he gets an order in that he can get on fast; he will push if out first. So we had to wait over an hour for some wings and a chicken wrap. They need to get rid of Mitch if he is going to put fast orders before other orders that have been there awhile. Ok so my husband and I just left from Struts. We waited an HOUR for a salad and sandwhich! Then when I tried to speak to the manager he argues with us about when the ticket was put in and tells us he will have to check the cameras to see whats going on! Like we were lying! Then they didnt even get my salad right! That is by far the worst I have ever been treated by a manager. We will NEVER go back there!
Great Food, Great Service!
Waited for 45 min after ordering for our waitress to tell us they were about to make ours, and then had the nerve to charge for extra ranch!! There were about 12 people in the restaurant. Struts will NEVER get another penny of mine. And I even tipped well !!
