5 star Customer Service from Struans Dundee. This is the first time I have bought a car from Struans and I am very impressed with their high level of Customer Care. Had a few issues
Bunch of crooks!! Spent £50 short of 10k on a used car that hadn't been serviced for nearly 3 years!! Not even enough fuel in the car to get it 20 miles home when picked up. Don't even get me started on after sales service. 2 weeks for a bit of air con pipe. 1 week for a battery. 5 visits to garage during its 6 month warranty period. Had the car 9 months, done barely 5k miles and now had to fork out for a full service as they hadn't done one when I bought the car!! CROOKS, ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF CROOKS!!
