I just rented a property through Struan Baptie. The process was seamless. The team was responsive and helpful. I received updates all through the letting process, which was helpful. The property was also in good condition. I am pleased with the service I received.
Excellent experience with Struan Baptie Property Management from initial application / viewing of property + reference process - all easy to complete . Very professional + helpful at office /on phone regarding any queries. After getting keys I am very happy with the standard of the house .Am now looking forward to the actual removal day ! I recently moved into an SB-managed flat and from the flat viewing, referencing ( where I experienced excellent communication from Michelle) to moving in, it’s been a great experience with the SB team.
I’ve had a very positive experience with SBPM. They were easy to deal with, always quick to reply, and answered all my questions promptly. The team made the whole process smooth and helped get me settled in as quickly as possible. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Michelle, who was fantastic at working around my schedule and even met me at the property to make things easier. Highly recommend!
