Colette offered a sensitive and human approach to the difficult and emotionally exhausting process of divorce. This was quite distinct to the more agressive approach which I had experienced from some other law firms. When it came to achieving final resolution with a court order, she was able to expertly re-word the fairly complicated form. Thus our collborative agreement was sucessfully passed by a judge without any complication. I am very grateful to her.
Colette Stroud has refused to engage in collaborative resolution or indeed any reasonable negotiations. Her belligerent approach is more likely than not to cause escalated and unnecessary legal costs, for both parties.
