Great team, felt heard and take care of.
Dr Khurana and her team were super helpful when we needed to get our child's tongue and lip tie released. They worked really hard to squeeze us in as early as they could, which was very kind of them. They were very thorough and even followed up with us after the procedure was done.
Dr. Khurana and the entire team at Strong Ties are absolutely incredible. She is so thorough in her explanations and obviously very caring. There was no pressure for us to release our son’s tongue tie that day, but we felt so comfortable with Dr. Khurana and her team that we went ahead and did it. We’ve also worked closely with one of their lactation consultants (both pre and post release of our son’s tongue tie), Jocelyn, who is equally amazing!
I cannot say enough good about the Strong Ties team! They are compassionate, friendly, and unbelievably supportive. They didn’t require my son to have the vitamin k shot since he was older than six weeks (which was important to me) and the out-of-pocket cost was comparable to the other places we looked at. Dr. Khurana and her team are truly miraculous. Every interaction from our first phone call to our final check up were truly trauma informed, warm, compassionate and well informed. They allowed us time to absorb information being shared, make decisions and receive support. 10/10 recommend them for lip or tongue tie releases! They supported us with pre and post surgery feeding advice, PT and ongoing 24/7 text support to navigate what was such a difficult time. Thank you Dr. Khurana and team!!!!!
