This place is a joke be prepared to wait forever . There line when you come in the door is not obvious where to stand and when you finally find it you stand for 20 to 30 minutes if you can stand that is , I saw a man come in that could not stand so lie down on the floor and one of the workers asked very sarcasticly what are u doing lying on the floor instead of asking him did he need a wheel chair , the man was just trying to keep his place in line and was unable to stand .,even the DMV does better than this . This hospital is incredible. My mother's care givers have been outstanding. The receptionists, admins, techs, nurses, doctors, volunteers, and even the parking lot attendants are so kind and sincere. Thank you so much. You all deserve a star.
All our love goes to Casey G. A RN in the emergency department. I have never felt so cared for even though it was a busy Saturday night. She had a wonderful bedside manner. In fact, all the staff were courteous and generous, answering all of our questions. I left with a game plan and a thorough explanation of why I had this problem and how to prevent it. I'm here since 4pm it's 8pm and any doctor call me at this time. Also I'm here with chest pain. This is a shit of hospital. 4 hour waiting an counting. Not even deserving of one star!!! Disgusted by the so called patient care this hospital provides. I admitted a bit of times. And I was properly taken care of .Strong memorial is one of the best globally.i have seen peoples from many states that have been flown by helicopters . And many more to say .God bless all thos drs.nurses and all of the workers their love and respect all tge way.
