How you tell a patient if things get worst come back to the emergency.just they can be rude and treat you like crap smfh
Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience. Was brought here for an accident and they tried discharging me with a fractured spine then took them 3 days to realize I had a fractured shoulder blade. I'm here again for exposed nerve sat for 2 hours to be given tylonal. Ridiculous and will never come back. Was told there was a dentist on call but no one tried calling one. Fucking horrible!
We had to visit the Peds ED last night with my son for a burn to his hand. From check-in to discharge everyone was friendly and respectful. Although the wait was longer than desirable, the nurses did a great job with my son and the nurse practitioner we saw understood that it was late and hard for an overtired 21 month old to wait and saw him as quickly as she could and checked in multiple times. The nurses Traci & Josetta were very good with my baby and attentive to his safety and comfort. Thank you.
Still sitting here after 6 hours. Haven't seen a doctor yet at all. I came in with chest pain and no-one is bothering to keep me informed.
Staff are wonderful... most of them! Place was over full so extremely slow. Disappointed they couldn't perform needed test, so kinda a waste of time. Would have been better if DR office could have just set up the tests and avoided the ED. Also rooming situation is way too tight. 2 people in a room, too small for 1 person!
Outstanding staff that cares about each patient and supports the family.
