My son and I just had a visit at the ER at Strong Hospital after a bike accident. My son is fine overall and resting. It was the first time we’ve had to go to the ER since the pandemic. I have to say we were so impressed by how kind, friendly, and well organized all the nurses and the staff were. I am so grateful for all those on the front lines. 🙏💜🙏🏾

We waited 3 hrs just for anti nausea medicine and couldnt get it. The waiting area was so packed. Why not get someone going on the medicine that their going to be sitting there for 2 more hours, so they can be on their way. Just take a number they’ll get to you when they can. Fed up with that hospital, no priorities for the sick.
reducing the waiting time would be a good start. perhaps hiring would be the solution.
I was sent by urgent care for a suspected blood clot in my lungs. It's been 3 hours and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. they acknowledged if I have one I could die sitting here waiting but that doesn't seem to matter.
