RecommendedI highly recommend the emergency at highland after today I will never go back to park ridge or any other emergency department i was seen by dr . Joseph Pereira , the nurses and staff all work together! I have never seen the dr even brought me coffee , I was in chest pain ! The nurses , the techs and the dr worked all together friendly happy outgoing , if I needed something i didn’t have to wait an hour ! RecommendedHighland is my go to! I live near RGH, but Highland has been my home away from home for over ten years. I have serious, complicated health concerns and from the ED to the floor to discharge, I’m treated with respect, compassion, and experience. I had a bad experience with a surgeon; staff and admin worked tirelessly to rectify the situation. I was floored by their response! Have to go to RGH next month for surgery and I’m sure I’ll miss Highland fiercely!❤️❤️❤️
