The team is supportive and they give a lot of resources. With my connection to others across the country going through this journey, I have found time and time again that Highland's program is one of the most comprehensive and gives a TON of resources that a lot of other programs do not. The hospital staff after surgery when I was inpatient for 2 days is highly professional and also personable and care about the patients.

RecommendedI had wonderful care. I had major surgery on 10/29. Your nurses in the pre surgery area were so great with me. I wish I could remember their names. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable despite the anxiety I was having. After the surgery, I stayed in the observation unit. Nurse Rachel and Deja(maybe I am misspelling it, sorry) were very kind. They took great care of me and they were very helpful to me when I needed it. Thanks for making a tough experience a lot better. Great staff.

We waited 3 hrs just for anti nausea medicine and couldnt get it. The waiting area was so packed. Why not get someone going on the medicine that their going to be sitting there for 2 more hours, so they can be on their way. Just take a number they’ll get to you when they can. Fed up with that hospital, no priorities for the sick.
