Twice now my husband has been to their office for a post op follow up appointment only to have to leave without being seen. The first time was the nutritionist taking a patient ahead of him who came in after him even after the receptionist told her my husband was first. He takes time off of work unpaid for these appointments and can’t wait around forever. And today he waited 45 minutes to see a doctor only to be told the doctor had left for the day and didn’t get seen again! I get that you got your money from his surgery but... read more
