Physical Therapy told me that their "preauthorization team" had checked and told me that I was covered by MVP for two months. After the two months I was told that I was only covered for the first few visits. This resulted in a bill of over $600 in addition to the co-pays. The "team" needs to draft some new players.

my mom hand surgery on 8/15/2019 and the pre op nurses and post op nurses are worthless the one was Asian not sure her name but she was rude took my mom to the bathroom waited outside the door and was digging her butt then after my mom's surgery nurse Cathy was really rude and pulled my mom's IV out and because of blood thinner she was bleeding more then suppose to she did nothing but get rude it took another nurse to do it then knowing my mom was on pain meds she wouldn't even help my mom to the car. the surgery nurses need... read more
