We asked for a quote a received this email. They then, without confirmation of the quote seemingly commenced works and shared an invoice. Totally unprofessional and extremely predatory.
Predatory billing and invoicing tactics. Steer very clear! I requested a quote for building inspections to take place on a small front extension. Their quote was absurdly high and completely above market rate, so I twice via email confirmed I did not want to proceed, and once via telephone call. Yet they still issued an invoice.
They respond really quickly and their prices are quite genuine.
We have worked with Stroma Building Control for over 5 years now and they are our go to building control company on every project we work on. They always offer an excellent service and are willing to work on projects in a collaborative manor to ensure the end result is always to a high standard. We would always recommend Stroma first
