Went to see Adam for an old nagging shoulder injury. Super impressed with the assessment and recognising the weakness compared to the other shoulder in different planes of motion; followed up with treatment and a rehab protocol look forward to seeing you again and already improved shoulder!
We were lucky enough to be treated by Adam at STRNTH Physio, on our 5 day ultra marathon through the Wadi Rum Desert in Jordan. Adam was there as part of the Physio and Medical team to ensure us runners were injury free and functional to complete the 220km journey. Adam was patient, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly able to execute concise and pain relieving massages within 15-20 time-slots. Thank you for your expertise Adam!
I went to see Adam 9 months after having had knee surgery when still suffering with a lot of pain and very little progress with other physios. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, very patient focused and will work with you on a very 1-1 basis. He has helped me recover from a chronic pain issue and to rebuild my strength, conditioning and function of my knee and leg. Adam did an amazing job of sorting out my very painful shoulder. Really good focused exercises, stretches and physio. Changing as I improved, not rushing and working to the speed of my bodies ability to respond. Would recommended to anyone with physical issues, small or large.
