Took my son because of severe ear pain. The only nice person was a blonde lady that checked us in. They treated my child like crap. They were rude to him. His pediatrician has always told him to say when something hurts. He told the nurse it hurt really bad, and she never let up. They were so rough with him, that both ears bled! I’ll drive to Children’s next time! Highly disappointed in RMC’s ER.

cuz my mother recently went there and was treated very rudely and unfairly by the staff the nurse and her doctor she had just gotten out of the hospital and was sick and they just treated her like a piece of garbage and rolled her out of there in a wheelchair and pretty much told her that she didn't need to come back and dr. aylor wouldn't even see her she been a patient there for almost 3 years and they treated her like total crap I wouldn't recommend anybody going there all you do is go in they write your prescription and ... read more
I love the staff at Oxford Family practice. My only hesitation is that there has only been once or twice where we haven’t had to wait close to TWO hours just to see the doctor. My husband and I both have full time jobs and do not have ALL day to wait in their waiting room. I also have trouble having my children’s prescriptions filled. I have spoken to their management about this issue and thought we had the problem solved, but today my kids had an appointment and my husband has been waiting for an hour and a half!
