My grandmother has been here since lastnight. She's 91 years old and was admitted due to throwing up blood. After her procedure today she requested help to use the restroom, no one ever came, she wet herself because we couldn't get her up soon enough along with the floor! We requested some other gown and essentials for her along with someone to help us clean up and we have seen no one. Her GI dr told her she would be able to have some jello and liquids but that was over 2 hours ago and still nothing! Everyone I have talked t... read more
The facility was VERY CLEAN!! Very helpful and understanding from the time we walked in. We were there maybe 5 -10 minutes before we were put in a room and treated with respect!! Great job and I know it isn't always easy. Thank You!
My son and my mom have been patients at SMH during the past 6 months and they both received extremely exemplary care. And since I'm a nurse I was very critical. From the ER to the medical floor, from the house keeper to the discharge planner, everyone was kind and caring and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this facility,
No one offer to bathe my mom who couldn't do it because of her stroke. She also had to stay in her room all day with no water ( yes she could have water) threw up on her bed and they didn't change it ! I had to do it when I came to check her! From now own she will be going to RMC
Great Hospital staff doctors and nurses. Always kind and respectful and eager to find out and diagnose what's going on with you and help with medication and recovery.
