Over 4 hrs wait! Not enough staff. Was there with a sick child who cried in the waiting room for hours. Check in nurse was hateful and acted like we were imposing on her. Now Stringfellow is as bad or worse than RMC. Drive to Birmingham for good care!!!
It was completely packed. We had been there for 5 hours & never made it to the back to be seen by a physician.
Nurses and the Dr I had were horrible! Rude! Smartmouth to me and could care less! Ithey also don't put decent sheets on bed , I asked but I was asking to much..I had to lay on the vinyl. M husband had to empty my bucket of puke. Noone came.
We went for my daughter having stomach pain yesterday . Signed in and was in a room in less than 15 mins. Dr.Bradley was so good with my little girl. She's terrified of shots, basically everything and they were patient and good with her. Thank you! She's feeling so much better today ! Way better than our visit with rmc last year .that place is awful.
Stringfellow Hospital has a amazing staff. Everyone was so nice. They made my procedure so much easier.
Unprofessional rude and disrespectful let's not leave out Racist
I was very pleased with my care at Stringfellow hospital. I went in the emergency room with chest pains and numbness in my face and they responded quickly. They decided to keep me overnight which turned into 2 days because my blood pressure was too high. They ran all kinds of tests on me and were very thorough. The nursing staff was great. They were all very kind and caring and responded quickly when I needed anything. I was really pleased with the ladies that draw my blood.
