I went to stride and I can honestly say, probably my worst and most expensive experience at a podiatrist /orthotics. The custom insoles they made me, where an absolute joke.when I returned too get them, they wouldn't even fit my shoe, they where then cut too fit by a pair of scissors ( so much for custom) I mean you couldn't walk in these for 10 seconds, never mind an hour. Mhairi and the team here are great and so helpful. I got custom insoles made and they have honestly changed my day to day life while working in construction.
