Stride Healthcare is honestly THE best! I have been treated by many of the physios over the past few years, and every single one of them have a wealth of knowledge and are so kind, caring and supportive. Yesterday, I had a pregnancy massage with Ciara, which was absolutely outstanding, and for the first times in weeks I was able to finally have a good night's sleep! Thank you Ciara. The admin team are always so helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond.

I spent 10 sessions seeing Zoe to treat a bulged disc in my back causing all sorts of problems, both physically and mentally.
