Strictly Funiture has terrible customer service. The staff are incapable of following simple instructions, they are constantly changing delivery dates leaving customers without their goods that they have paid for. If I could give no stars I would unacceptable service.
Just got a sofa and the quality for the price is great! Customer service was great and the delivery people were very nice! Delivery was painless! Highly recommend!
