This was my first time selling a property and my first time working with an estate agent. I wasn’t looking forward to either experience, but Terence was an absolute star. Super helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and pro-active, always chasing the other parties to get things done (managing agents, lawyers etc.). Jamie and Terence were very supportive during the sale of our home, and gave lots of advice on how to market it successfully. Their approach really focuses on the emotional aspects of property sale, which gave me lots of reassurance throughout the process. Their photographer showed our home in the best light, and they gave us good recommendations for conveyancing and getting the EPC certificate. I definitely recommend them.
I just bought my first property with Terence and Jamie as part of a complicated chain which they handled with such skill, patience and consistent, generous communication and attention to detail. My house sale was not progressing, I was about to withdraw from the sale, the only reaction from my estate agent was patronising platitudes.
