We have used previously for carpet and fitting which had been good. This time around we had laminate flooring laid. The initial installation was incomplete as the fitters didn't have the correct plates/skills to finish. After several phone calls with the owner, 8 weeks later another fitter came to finish the job - we are now left with silicone smeared along the edge of the flooring, insufficient insulation under part of the floor so that there is a gap and the flooring bounces, and plates which wobble when walked on.
