Dr Hafiz was amazing. I was an athlete and have had plenty of stretches before. I can honestly say it was my best stretch ever. I went back again the next day!
Stretchlab has been so amazing for me, after 2 brain injuries I have been left with a lot of muscle tightness and spasticity and the pros at Stretchlab have helped me so much.
