Monica is excellent. She has really helped me work through my postpartum struggles. She is very supportive, gives excellent advice, and pushes you to be the best you! She’s a constant sounding board, and will hold you to your actions. She’s committed to helping you be your best and really dig deep and work through your struggles! I love seeing her and really have benefited.
