This company are absolutely useless. I’ve been dealing with Suzanne Traynor for a simple matter which she has been incapable of completing. Despite many phone calls to the office and emails, she doesn’t reply. The whole experience has been draining and I would advise anyone to avoid this company as they are incompetent.
