Generally quite until 10%+VAT times arises but even than the home work needed for fees collected are not really in place. If assertive with them, they tell you not to tell them what their job was. I think they are confused and do not realise who is paying them🤣. The managing agent not wanting to listen to leasholder is really serious so avoid them. They are also short on giving clear notices and are short on planning. Double standard seems apparent.
Positive and prompt response to a building matter.
AVOID at all costs. I won't look at any property where they are the Managing Agents, it's my first question to Estate Agents. Currently my block took Right to Manage and left this Company, best ever decision.
I was a leaseholder, and then a tenant in one of their 'managed' properties. They are rude, arrogant, and engagement with residents or leaseholders is not high on their agenda. Some of the things they did were clearly designed as money making exercises to extract money from Leaseholders, but they'll hide behind H&S or some other 'regulation' to justify it.
