AVOID at all costs. I won't look at any property where they are the Managing Agents, it's my first question to Estate Agents. Currently my block took Right to Manage and left this Company, best ever decision.
I was a leaseholder, and then a tenant in one of their 'managed' properties. They are rude, arrogant, and engagement with residents or leaseholders is not high on their agenda. Some of the things they did were clearly designed as money making exercises to extract money from Leaseholders, but they'll hide behind H&S or some other 'regulation' to justify it. Very awkward and dismissive on the phone. Very slow and unreliable when dealing with queries. Especially considering how much everyone has to pay them, and the cut they take for “admin” on any work done to the building.
