Positive and prompt response to a building matter.
AVOID at all costs. I won't look at any property where they are the Managing Agents, it's my first question to Estate Agents. Currently my block took Right to Manage and left this Company, best ever decision.
I was a leaseholder, and then a tenant in one of their 'managed' properties. They are rude, arrogant, and engagement with residents or leaseholders is not high on their agenda. Some of the things they did were clearly designed as money making exercises to extract money from Leaseholders, but they'll hide behind H&S or some other 'regulation' to justify it. I am now 'free' of them having moved, and I cannot express the relief! I hate this business with a passion. I've little doubt there'll be along to dispute my comments, but... read more
