Edit - months on, and have you noticed that strawberry star only respond to the glowing reviews, not the ones that tell the truth. They realise they don't have a leg to stand on and have nothing to explain their service or behavior. Biggest bunch of cowboys in the real estate world
Absolutely horrifying and appalling service and building management provided by this company. They simply do not have expertise or experience in managing any buildings, leaving Sky Gardens (my building) in utter chaos. To name a few issues, we have had (1) no hot water for two weeks straight in the building during the coldest season of December, (2) lift buttons were broken for over two months before they fixed it, (3) building entrance door has been broken for one month now and no intention or update has been given to fix i... read more
