Really. Got here 53 minutes before closing and my husband couldn’t be seen because it wasn’t a full hour before closing. After driving half an hour to get here (and I have been before). Total crap.

Oh dear... Ashley, I'm sorry you had a bad experience at our office. Yes, we do have a policy that all new ones be in the office at least an hour before we close. It's really for their benefit. A first visit takes longer than any other and our last hour tends to be one of the busiest of the day. So in order that everyone be served well, we have this policy. It was my first visit, very pleasant experience. I didn't know what to expect and i wasn't thrilled with seeing a chiropractor, now i'm glad i did.
