I'm absolutely glad and satisfied with the service I received from Strats! They helped me secure a wonderful apartment that I can truly call home. The team, particularly those at Hatfield, ( George and his team ) were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. Their professionalism and dedication to finding the perfect property for I and my friends were impressive. Five stars isn't enough , .
Overall we had a great experience with this agency and any problems that arose during the tenancy were promptly taken care of.
