Strato Homes particularly an agent named Jennifer, genuinely treated this already very delicate rental experience a nightmare with substantial lack of professionalism and genuine support to support the whole process which was proving to be difficult with pressing requests as in uk home owners guarantors or 6 months rent in advance which we tried to negotiate with other reasonable alternatives for a safe professional rental relationship. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Wish it were possible to give zero stars rating. I called this company to enquire about a 1 bedroom flat to rent. The man on the phone was thee most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in the rental market. I said where the rental was and the monthly price...and name of road it was in. He then asked me "what road is it in"? I'd already told him, but politely repeated it. He then asked how much it is a month...again, I politely repeated the amount. Strato homes is the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. The flat I rented had no hot water for over 2 weeks. Response to tackle the issue was slow. They now offered to clean a flat toilet in another building across my room to go and fetch hot water as the 'best' solution. They will refuse to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
