I went to see Gill as I had been experiencing lower back pain, which I guessed was a result of improper posture whilst lifting weights. She knew exactly what was up right away and worked her magic. It immediately eased my pain and made a big difference to my movement. Gill also took the time to explain exactly what had happened to cause the injury and gave me advice and direction on keeping proper posture whilst working out to prevent injury in the future.
