After 3 months of hell I contacted Ben to arrange vermin proofing of my home. Having rats under my decking which had then found their way into my loft I was at my wits end. I had already worked with 2 different pest control companies neither of which suggested finding how the rats were accessing my home. Ben surveyed my home and quickly discovered that there was a massive gap under the French doors which was covered up by the decking.
