I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced during my recent visit. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment, I was completely overlooked because the receptionist failed to check me in properly. Calm, clean and pleasant environment. Had an awesome appointment experience with Miss G.Noblet. Caring, efficient and knowledgeable. Could not recommend less than 5 stars. Simple thank you is not enough.

Waiting for appointment it might be months, which is unacceptable for health care. Currently at the waiting room, is December and I can hear people are offer appointments for March/April. First appointment I was seen by a lady, who just prescribed me a few exercises, but didn't make any better. Second appointment was with M. Kotsaridis, who did a little miracle. Absolutely unprofessional service from physio’s made u wait 30 mind and more nearly half an hr past my app time. If you 19 mins late they won’t see u and reschedule but make u wait half an hr past yr time. Absolutely discusting no apologies nothing. Reception was polite and understanding.
