Booked appointment, turned up on time, and the clinic was closed. No staff, no answer on the phone, nothing. I have had chest pain for eight weeks and was told this was the earliest appointment. Nothing has been done to address my issue. Was this a joke? Completely unacceptable!!!

This 1st time writing review. It's so upseting that service always cancel or change the appointment last minutes. Even though they do not bother to call the patient. They just booked with any clinician. If patient do not cancel or change the appointment they should give the earliest appointment with same clinician but they do not care about it. Tried to do self referral for physio via getUBetter for wrist issue (having got it checked in urgent care first). Phone number kept saying queue was full, so send email as suggested. No response after a week. Managed to get an additional referral via GP so called again. Was told, after being on hold for 40 minutes that I need to call back in 2 working days. Asked about my self referral and was bluntly told that there were no staff to read the emails!!

EMBARRASSING. Can’t believe this people get paid,weeks before they answered a phone call,months before you get an appointment,unqualified,unprofessional and rude staff. Simply embarrassing
