Would leave 0 stars if possible. Absolute shambles of a health service with incompetent staff from the receptionists to the so called doctors. Waited an hour to be seen even though they had already rearranged my first appointment and given me 10 minutes notice. Would they still see a patient who was an hour late? No. Useless and a waste of taxpayers money. Avoid dr gupta at all costs.

New to surgery but already impressed with the staff. I was so nervous having Cervical Smear after having a bad experience when I was younger but Sister Wilson made me feel relaxed and at ease. She talked to me the whole time and explained exactly what was going to happen before during and after procedure. Thank you so much xx

I wish I could give a 0-star review. Appointments are a joke — I waited over an hour to see Dr Mavi. The staff were unhelpful when I asked about the delays. No one who is sick should have to wait hours to see a doctor when they’ve booked an appointment.

They make you wait anywhere from 40-60 minutes to be seen by the doctor, even if you come on time, they are never on time! However if you are 5-10’mins late, they will cancel your appointment.
