They make you wait anywhere from 40-60 minutes to be seen by the doctor, even if you come on time, they are never on time! However if you are 5-10’mins late, they will cancel your appointment.

Receptionist are not bothered they don't answer the calls, left hanging on the line for ages and when they do answer they are not polite at all. If a Dr has put a request that a patient needs to be seen the Receptionist don't follow it and patients are not booked in on the same day. They system is shambles. Us tax payers are paying for this NHS and us the public ie: patients are treated in a horrible way. Extremely dissatisfied with this surgery No appointments available when needed most, phone lines unresponsive, and staff attitude unhelpful. U need to fill in a form to get a doctors appointment u can’t just call in I went into the surgery as I am unable to fill the form as I can’t read and write English and went into the surgery for support 3 times as I was in pain for a couple of days and needed an appointment and the staff failed to give me an Appointment and told me they are not sitting here to fill the form for me or he... read more

I called at 8am, I was number 7 in que, I was attended at 9am in just 16 seconds. Like she was getting rid of me. My appointment call was urgent. How number 7 in que was attended after 60 min ??
