I lived here for a few years and recently moved out so I can finally share my grievances. There are three positive aspects of this building. The view from the higher floors, the reception and deliveries are made easy. Other than that... others have described it better but I'll just add on to what they said. This building gets unbearably hot, summers here are torture. The "windows" are just vents that barely open, allowing little to no fresh air to enter the room. This should be illegal. Esther is the main reason I wish to no longer live in Strata Tower, please fire her asap, she’s the team leader of the concierge team, yet she’s the most disrespectful, uncooperative and always have an unprofessional attitude. Despite being the oldest of the team, she’s the most unexperienced, please bring a helpful concierge as we used to have before, thank you. Shoutout to the other staff members, it’s a shame how 1 person can bring down the value and hard work of the rest of the team.

I don’t work here or live here or nothin’ but it looks good. Very good actually I must say. This is the building on the Jesse James Solomon - Strata EP cover for those who know, hence the EP title as well. Just a lil fun fact for those who know of it and for those who don’t I’d recommend listening to the EP or just visiting this area in general they’re both nice I think
