Went there as a kid (25 years ago) and it was even better than I'd remembered. Thomas was a sold out event but it never felt over crowded. Plenty to do, but we were able to eat breakfast, ride trains, and have a snack all before nap time and still feel like the drive out there was worth the trip. Looking forward to our next train adventure!
Had a great time. It's our second time. We always have fun and employees are amazing. Can't wait for next year. I would recommend if you are traveling a long way to check out a bed and breakfast or other lodging to help with a time schedule. Alway arrive early if you can I know things happen but they do not refund tickets to please read everything on website and try to super early. I always recommend arrive early so you can get all the other fun activities done before your Thomas ride �

We had a blast with Thomas and friends! The staff is helpful and friendly. The trains and grounds are kept clean and beautiful. We will surely return at least once a year!!!
I've been going to the Strasburg Rail Road at least once a year for about 20 years. I always take the ride in the first class car and have ridden the dinner train. Every experience has been positive. The fine folks that work there are totally into their jobs and into the people that visit them. Once you've been here, you'll keep coming back.
Took my son to see Thomas had a great time! Food was good wasnt horrible with price either. It was a great day!!
